Once regarded as a fringe-element regime and often wrongly interpreted, veganism is gaining more ground as the planet is increasingly under threat andpeople are taking better care of their health.Balducci restaurant recently held a chefs table to flight their newly introduced vegan menu. Located at the V&A Waterfront, the restaurant has a mixed clientele of locals and international tourists and decided to introduce the menu in light of the growing number of proponents of veganism in the country.
