  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 8 cucumber slices
  • 1/4 red pepper sliced
  • 1/4 avocado sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Place chickpeas, olive oil, and garlic into food processor. Pulse until smooth.
